Doug vanderHorden is a passionate man. He’s been playing music for well over 20 years as a frontman, singer, guitarist, drummer, and percussionist.

Residing in Kingston since 1993, Doug has been performing music on many different levels. After getting out of the Canadian Armed Forces, as a percussionist, Doug began to perform as a singer and guitar player for a local band.  After 15 years with that band, the band dispersed and Doug returned to his first musical love, drumming.

After a few years of getting back behind the drums, he began to miss the vocals and guitar playing and began to work on his solo act.  Today, you can find Doug in venues around the Kingston and surrounding area; playing all your classic acoustic rock favorites from the 60s, 70, 80, and 90s. Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, U2, Eagles, Neil Young, Oasis, Supertramp, Eddie Money, Eurythmics, and Gordon Lightfoot to name a few.
